Defetted, lightly toasted soy flour

SOJA AUSTRIA PRO-E is a premium soy protein made from genetically unmodified soybeans (NON-GMO). The beans are deoiled, dehulled and lightly toasted. Thanks to gentle temperatures a constant dispersibility of protein (PDI) is maintained.

SOJA AUSTRIA PRO-E is used for bakery products, baking agents, pasta, sauces, preserved fish and meat. SOJA AUSTRIA PRO-T is emulsifying, stabilising, dispersing and enhances the structure. It prevents the agglutination of dry ingredients.
