High-quality soy protein isolate

VEGACON 90 S is a soy protein isolate, produced from NON-GMO soy beans. The beans are de-oiled first and the carbohydrates are extracted as second step. With the spray drying technology the natural protein, which is still dispersed in water, is dried to a light vegetable protein in powder form.

VEGACON 90 S is used for meat and sausages, injection for cooked hams, vegetable ready meals, snacks, baked goods, dietetic mixes, dietetic food, food supplement, powder protein mixes, instant drinks, joghurt, protein bars.

VEGACON 90 S is characterized by an excellent water solubility, a neutral taste and low viscosity.
