VEGACON® 90 S is a soy protein made from GMO-free soybeans (NON-GMO). These beans are de-oiled and the carbohydrates are extracted. The natural protein is converted into high-percentage, powdered plant protein by spray drying.

VEGACON® 90 S is used in dietary foods, bars, sports nutrition, protein-rich powder mixtures, instant drinks, yoghurts, meat and sausage products.

VEGACON® 90 S is characterized by high water solubility, neutral taste and low viscosity.
