VEGACON 90 is a full-fat soy protein, produced from genetically unmodified soybeans (NON-GMO). The beans are de-oiled and the carbohydrates are extracted. By means of spray drying the natural protein is transformed to highly concentrated, granular vegetable protein.
VEGACON 90 is used for meat and sausage products, pasta, vegetarian ready meals and baby food. It is used for protein enrichment of dietary food and shakes.
