High-quality soy protein isolate

VEGACON 90 LV  is a hydrolyzed soy protein isolate, produced from NON-GMO soy beans. The beans are de-oiled first and the carbohydrates are extracted as second step. With the spray drying technology the natural protein, which is still dispersed in water, is dried to a light vegetable protein in powder form.

VEGACON 90 LV is used for dry mixtures, as powder for sports drinks, for energy drinks, for protein-enriched drinks, for instant drinks, for soy milk products, yoghurts and milk alternatives.

VEGACON 90 LV is characterized by a pleasant taste, high dispersibility and low viscosity.
