Spray dried lecithin compound

LECIFINE 50 is a spray dried lecithin compound made from genetically unmodified soybeans (NON-GMO). By the means of spray drying the natural protein is transformed to highly concentrated, granular vegetable protein.

LECIFINE 50 is used for deep frozen bakery products, waffles, ready-mixed flours and yeast dough. Thanks to LECIFINE 50 waffles can easily be removed off the waffle iron, thin wafer sheets are shatterproof and ice cream cones are crisper. LECIFINE 50 saves the use of fat and egg, increases the baking volume of yeast dough and enhances the yield of extrusion products.
