SOJA AUSTRIA PRO-T is a premium-quality soy protein made from genetically unmodified soybeans (NON-GMO). The beans are deoiled, dehulled and toasted. Thanks to a particularily gentle process a constant dispersibility of protein (PDI) is maintained.

SOJA AUSTRIA PRO-T is used for bakery products, soups, sauces, mixtures of spices, dietary and baby food. SOJA AUSTRIA PRO-T is emulsifying, stabilising, dispersing and enhances the structure. It prevents the agglutination of dry ingredients and enhances the deep freeze stability of food.
