High-quality soy protein concentrate

VEGACON 70 is a full-fat soy protein, produced from genetically unmodified soybeans (NON-GMO). Thanks to a special treatment the indigestible carbohydrates are removed. VEGACON 70 has a high protein content and supports the digestion of proteins.

VEGACON 70 is used for meat and sausage products, pasta, vegetarian ready meals, sauces and baby food. It is used for protein enrichment of dietary food and shakes.

VEGACON 70 emulsifies and stabilises as well as features a high capacity to bind fat. It enhances the structure, prolongs the shelf-life and is used to enrich food with proteins.
